Study the normal developmental process of communication as well as disorders that can interrupt that process while preparing to enter an exciting career helping people.
A bachelor's degree in Speech Language Disabilities or in Speech and Hearing Science prepares you for graduate study for a highly rewarding career in an allied health profession. Either major will prepare you for advanced study to become a speech language pathologist or an audiologist. Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology are among the fastest-growing professions in the United States.
